We liked everything. The hotel is well-oriented for families with children. It has a fabulous children's room and a swimming pool (the children's area is super warm). In the pool, there are different rings, armbands, balls, etc. Also, at the entrance to the hotel, there are sleds that hotel residents can take for free. There is a sled hill right in front of the hotel (free). There is a store nearby.

Friendly staff. Many entertainments for children. Very good breakfast. You can find everything that you need in the room. Nice view from the window. The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast top quality. Nice location, pretty small hotel which is not occupied with thousands of guests ;) hotel is part by part renovated and I really like new design !

Absolutely love 💕 it. This is great value for money , a paid parking a bit of disappointment but other facilities beat it. Children's pool, warm enough to stay there as long as you wish. Sauna for parents, you can relax there after having a hike. A small playground outside the backyard, a play room inside near the kitchen - heaven for kids

The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving excellent advice when needed. The location was perfect for us as we intended to do a lot of hiking but also some dining in Karpacz itself afterwards.

The hotel is lovely, we were visiting family so only stayed 1 night I would have happily stayed in this hotel for longer.

Hotel placed in a really good location. The wellness area was really good and the rooms were really comfortable.
